We can park the car in the Cala Jòncols car park. On the path before arriving we see the AE142 crossroad which we will follow towards Roses (along the coast).
We follow this path until we reach Cala Jòncols. We turn right towards the beach. At the beach, we find the AE253 crossroad indicating the way to Cala Calitjàs, we take the path along the slope of the mountain.
When we are at the top, the road levels out and zig-zags until reaching the track, to go to Cala Canadell if desired, at this point there is a narrow path taking you there.
The route continues towards the Norfeu Tower, at the tower it descends on the other side. Now the path follows the coastline taking us to Cala Pelosa, we cross it and continue to Cala Calitjàs. Here we find the AE254 sign indicating the end of the route. We return on the same path.
