El Manol, a Mediterranean river with changing waters that hides a rich biodiversity, setting up an ideal setting to connect with nature in every ride. This route is ideal for cyclists with a bit of experience, not so much because of the difference in elevation, which is low, but because of some stony sections that add a bit of adventure.
