We start this route in Beuda where we will find the  Itinerànnia intersection G155 and leave Beuda from behind the church. We head towards the car park Castellot de Beuda, passing along the path that coincides with the GR and at the intersection AG16 Camí de ca n'Oliveres, we go to the right, following the trail towards Ca n'Oliveres and following the trail that goes up, we will go on a section of the road until the Rocapastora spring. We will find the intersection AG17 Font de Rocapastora continuing via a trail, direction Castellot de Falgars and then via the trail the intersection B3 Sota Pla de Ginestar we continuing to Collet de las Farigoles, we will leave the trail and go up to Castellot de Falgars; once past the castle we will go towards the trail, we will follow it until arriving at Bac de Falgars where we will find the intersection AG18 and continue until the fields at Falgars and Falgars spring.
At Falgars spring we find the intersection AG19 Falgars, we follow a trail and continue on the old path of la Mare de Déu del Mont until Coll d'en Serra.
We will take the trail to the right and head towards Coll de Joncanat. We will go towards Bac del Soler and follow to Quintans del Soler. We will pass el Collet de Maniscle, l'Escaler del Soler and el Avenc del Pla de Montosa.
We will arrive at the intersection AG20 Sobre Coll de Joncanat and follow the direction to Coll de Joncanat and Beuda.
After approximately 200 metres we will arrive at the intersection G114 Coll de Joncanat. And we will take the path that takes us to the Mont summit. As we go down from the sanctuary we find the intersection G115 Mare de Déu del Mont and we will follow in the direction that indicates Sant Llorenç de Sous, where we will find the intersection AG21 Sant Llorenç de Sous. We will take the path towards the Rocapastora cliff until les Grives hill and we arriving at intersection B2 Els Portals we continue direction Castellot. We continue until Torrent de Ca n'Oliveres and la Font Fresca we find the intersection B1. We continue until the car park at Castellot de Beuda, we will find the intersection AG16 and continue until Beuda by road.
