In summer the path does not present great difficulties except for the impression that the great heights that are felt at all times can cause.

The camí dels Enginyers begins in Núria, specifically at the Viacrucis cross, this path is the GR11.7, therefore we will find GR marks painted along the path, as well as the yellow marks of the Itinerànnia network.

During the entire first section the path plans strongly, we will find the intersection of Itinerànnia R229 Pedrisses, after slight descents and climbs that take us to the Collet de les Barraques, the Clot de Malinfern and finally we will climb to the Coll dels Homes from where it descends to reach the Coma de Vaca refuge, at this point we will find the R109 intersection of Itinerànnia, we will take the direction on the right that indicates Queralbs. At this point we will leave the GR marks and we will follow only the yellow ones of Itinerànnia

After about 10 minutes of climbing, we will find another intersection of Itinerànnia R110 Torrent del Bogader, where we will take the direction Queralbs again. The entire way to Queralbs will be downhill. In the first section, the river is far below the path until the Font del Rubí where we will cross the river and throughout the Collet de la Paradell area, we will go parallel to the river, we will find the Freser gorges and a new Itinerànnia crossing R111 Palanca de las Ribes, where we will continue towards Queralbs, at the height of the old Daió power station and bridge, you will find junction Q5, we continue towards La Farga, junction Q8 and after a few meters the junction Q6 Greixers where a slight climb will begin until reach the center of the Queralbs municipality.
