We start the route in front of the monastery of Sant Joan where we find the Itinerànnia R24 sign, we go along Carrer Pere Rovira, cross the road and find the Romanesque church of Sant Pol. We go down and at the end of the street we find the Old Bridge of Gothic architecture. We cross it and continue along Passeig de l’Estació, turn onto Carrer Sant Amand and at the end we take the stairs that take us to the R21 junction where we find the hostel and the old train station. We take the greenway, cross the Ogassa road and continue along the greenway, make a steep descent and reach the Malatosca mill.

We cross the stream by a bridge and climb steeply along the track that crosses the Coll plains, this paved track takes us to Mas la Batllia , from here you have to go find the la palanca del Safareig. Following the yellow markings, we will go to the right towards the river, make a sharp descent with a sharp curve and cross the palanca, carefully.

We now go up the road, at the top we find the R232 Pont del Pagès crossroad and we go left, passing the Llaudet colony. Once past the colony we will follow the greenway of Ter, at the roundabout we go left to Pont del Reixac, junction R233 Pont del Reixac B

We will go to the right towards Sant Pau, always following the yellow marks that in this section are also GR1, GR150 and 210. We pass next to a hydroelectric power station and we climb hard to cross the Torrent del Coll de Pal. From Mas el Grau we follow the canal and pass by Mas el Marquès. We continue along the main track and enter an area of large agricultural and pasture plains.

We reach the Perella bridge, one of the highest bridges in Ripollès, built at the beginning of the 20th century to access the nearby oil mines. From this point we can reach the church of Santa Magdalena de Perella, following the signs of PR.

Our proposal continues, cross the bridge and take the greenway until just before the Folcrà bridge. We leave the greenway and cross the road, we go along a track, until we reach the torrent of the source of the Puda. If we want to get to this sulphurous source we have to follow the torrent up inside the channel.

We continue along a track, now along a chestnut grove, until we find another irrigation canal and continue along a downhill path. This path crosses a pasture area where we find two gates. At the end we find the track and follow it until we find the bridge that crosses the Ter, we do not cross it, we follow the marks and we find the sign R66 Estació meteorològica. We continue along the road to Plaça de la Generalitat where we find the SPS1 sign at the end of the route.
