- Vall de Ribes routes
The hermitage of Sant Antoni is a place in the Vall de Ribes that is elevated and has magnificent views over the Vall del Rigat, where we can see Planoles, Dòrria and Ventolà on the one hand, and from the viewpoint you can see the villages of Pardines, Bruguera and Ribes de Freser.
We leave Campelles at the end of Puigmal street, where we come across the R143 Camí de Sant Antoni crossroads and follow the direction indicated by Roques Blanques along an old wide road with good views to Planoles and the Toses valley. Upon arrival at Col de la Casassa, we will find the sign for R144. We continue towards Ribes along the cement track until we reach the hermitage of Sant Antoni, where we will find a fountain, a curious well and the RF1 crossing, where we may access the vantage points. The return is via the same route. This route is the final stretch of the Through Campelles and Ribes de Freser under the Taga’s gaze route.
We advise you to visit the Campelles tower before or after the walk, which has been restored and can be climbed via a ramp.
