La Miana route itinerary. Route 1 Sant Ferriol

The route begins in the center of Sant Ferriol in front of the Town Hall, at the Itinerànnia SF1 intersection. This first section coincides with the GR1 until we find the intersection SF2 Bosquet de Can Candell, we now follow a section that coincides with the GR2, we pass through the intersection G101 Camp Rodó, until we reach the next intersection G100 Urbanització comtal. At this point, both directions can take us towards La Miana, our proposal continues towards the Sagrat Cor, where we arrive after about 35 minutes.
After enjoying the splendid views in Puig Cornador we continue, always following the yellow markings, until we reach the G137 Turó de les Ofrenes intersection and after a few meters we find the Font de Planells. The path continues and after half an hour we find the SF3 El Mor intersection, from this intersection we can go until we see the church of Sant Silvestre and return. We continue the route, there is just over an hour left to reach Miana.

In La Miana we find the church of Sant Miquel, the rectory and also the remains of the old castle.
To return to Sant Ferriol, we will return through the Pujolet, at the G54 La Miana junction we continue towards the Torn and after the castle at the SF4 junction we continue towards Sant Fruitós. This path continues parallel to the Junyell stream passing through the Pujolet. After just over 3 kilometers we arrive at the SF5 Riera de Junyell junction.
From here we will begin the return towards Sant Ferriol passing through Sant Fruitós, we will reach the intersection G100 Urbantizació comtal and we will return the same path from the beginning passing through the intersections G101, SF2 until we reach the intersection SF1 in front of the town hall.
