You can park in the car park at the Espai Polivalent (Av. Narcís Arnau, 1), where you will see the signpost G156 Les Planes d’Hostoles and head for Sant Feliu de Pallerols along the old railway line ‘El Carrilet’ that once connected Olot to Girona. Almost immediately, you cross a bridge Pont de Can Poeti, over the river Brugent. Once across, your come to the signpost PH1 Pont de Can Poeti. Continue along the old railway line – now a bike lane – as far as signpost G83 Carril Bici Les Planes. Continue straight on along the bike lane and on to Les Planes cemetery. Here, at signpost PH2 Bosc del Llober, turn left alongside the cemetery, cross the C-63 road to a gate. Go through the gate and walk through an avenue of plane trees, following the yellow Itinerànnia waymarking, until you reach an area of allotments. Take the path alongside these allotments to where a flight of wooden steps drops down to the river Brugent and La Plana bathing pool.
Return along the same path

Although this is the route that you will find signposted by Itinerànnia from the Espai Polivalent, another car park has now been set up at the beginning of the Cogolls road, is much closer if you want to go to the gorg de la Plana. Just take the road towards the cemetery, cross it and take a path on the left that will take you to the gorge.

ATENTION

The regulations for uses and access to the gorges of Les Planes have changed, during periods of high influx, you will have to buy a day ticket online to be able to go to the gorges, as the capacity has been limited to 300 people per day in the protected natural space.
You can buy the ticket on the booking page Pre-booking

We recommend that you buy it in advance because they run out very quickly

When you arrive at the pool you will find an informant who will tell you the capacity available in that pool or in the other pools of the Brugent protected space (only in periods of restrictions)
