Ribes de Freser-Roques Blanques-Ribes de Freser.Route 1 Vall de Ribes

Route that arrives at Sant Antoni, Area of Natural Interest of the Obagues del Rigat. This path arrives at the esplanade of the sanctuary where you'll find a picnic area and a view-point. It continues through the fountain of the Faig to Roques blanques passing by pastures and riverbank forests.

Caution should be taken with the cattle grazing in times of breeding and carry pets kept on a lead all along the route.

Circular trail that begins at Ribes de Freser from the way to Sant Antoni (R145) and goes through Roques Blanques district. Once you reach the end of the path, you arrive at the crossroads to Sant Antoni Chapel (RF1) from which you can go to the mountain's esplanade taking on the left or to the viewpoint on the right. However, to continue tre trail you have to take the path down to the Faig (beech) spring, always follow the path towards the Roques Blaques district until the crossroads of the Torrent de Fontfreda (RF2). Then you must follow the way and pass the train bridge, and afterwards the river, follow along the inn until you cross the road to go on a way towards the Collada de Segura (R120). Once you are ther, go on down the path that goes along the Oratori de Sant Cristòfol (R122) and that finishes at the narrow and bucolic Cerdanya street, a former royal way.
This trail goes through sunny and shady zones, and near Roques blanques, seven forts around the way.
