This route is part of the network of footpaths that used to link the different inhabited areas of the Toses valley. These inhabited areas once had a flour mill, a power plant and iron and copper mines

We leave Dòrria at the R166 intersection and proceed towards Fornells de la Muntanya and Nevà. The path descends until it reaches the road, and then we go down some stone stairs to cross it. Just on the other side is the R165 la Polella intersection – we continue in the direction of Nevà.

Parallel to the Dòrria stream, the itinerary takes us to Espinosa, a group of agricultural and livestock constructions with a certain historical importance in the valley, since it was formerly the barony of Toses’ communal house, to later become the school attended by all the children in the municipality. In the past, the force of the torrent stimulated the installation of a flour mill, the ruins of which still remain, and a power plant.

Next, we must search for the wooden bridge and cross the river. After a few meters we cross another stream again and we are already climbing a track, always following the yellow markings. We reach a meadow and we go to cross the power line and take the ridge always in an upward direction. We find another meadow, follow a track and cross another stream, go to the right and follow the dirt road until  intersection R155 Antic Camí to Fornells de la Muntanya and carry on in the direction of Nevà.

We find the forest track that goes from Nevà to Fornells, we follow the cemented track . Heading towards the cemetery and the church of Sant Cristòfol and continuing in the Pau Casals street through the Raval de Nevà.

Located at a height of 1,265 m, Nevà is the only town in Toses that is located on the shady side, the northern slope of the Rigart valley. In the past there had been iron and silver-bearing copper mines and also an activity that had some relevance in its time was the export of mill wheels, to the rest of the Principality and abroad.

We return along the path to Nevà until we reach the R155 crossroads . The return can be made via the same path to return to Dòrria, but our proposal is to continue in the direction of Fornells de la Muntanya. We take the path on the left, running parallel to the track, for a couple of kilometers. Once we have reached the road, we cross it and proceed under the track. At this point we follow the track for a kilometer and a half, when we reach the road we will cross it and pass under the road and follow the path towards Fornells. We then come across the R164 intersection. The church of Sant Martí and la casa-museu Pastor is to be found in the centre. We continue in the direction of Dòrria and start going up via the  Quintana ascent. At the end of this coast we find a road to the right that glides, returning above the village, and places us on the old road from Fornells to Dòrria. We follow this wooded path to the Fornells road. You have to follow a small stretch of this road and find the old road below.

Finally, the path returns to the road when it joins the N-152 road (Collado de Toses). Very carefully, we proceed some 500 m along the pass until we reach La Polella, at the R165 crossroads, and from there, we head towards Dòrria along the same path that we have descended at the beginning of the route.
