Start in the town’s main square (La Plaça Major), signpost P1 Església de Sant Pere, and head out towards ‘La Ruta de les Ermites del Corb’. Pass by the swimming pool, from where you should pick up a footpath that heads gently uphill to the right.
You enter a deciduous oakwood that gradually gives way to beech as you climb. As the beechwood ends, you enter into a clearing where, just a few metres further on, you will come to signpost G143 Volcà del Racó. Turn right and climb in a few minutes to signpost G144 El Racó, where you should turn left and pick up a flattish path that passes through a holm oak forest before entering a beech forest.
Continue along this path until you reach the small church of Sant Miquel del Corb in a clearing.
From this church, pick up the track to the farm Mas L’Antiga, where you should turn right along a track that will take you to the church of Sant Martí del Corb and signpost G75 Sant Martí del Corb. Continue straight on along the forest track until the yellow Itinerànnia waymarking points you to the right, steeply uphill into the beech forest.
Climb until you reach signpost G77 Baixant d’en Camps. Here, turn right and follow the ridge of La Serra de Marboleny as far as signpost G78 Serra de Marboleny. Continue along the ridge top to signpost P4 Serrat de les Aulines, where you should head for ‘Xenacs (10 min)’. Once at Xenacs, at signpost P3 Àrea de Xenacs head towards ‘Les Preses (45 min)’.
Start to drop gently to signpost P2 Xenacs, from where you should carry straight on and zigzag downhill as far as Can Talaia. Here, turn left and in a few minutes you will be back at your starting point.
