We leave from Font de Dalt car park and look for the path that goes up to the Sant Onofre emita.

We go up this road until we find the turning to go to the dolmens of the Fontasia. We can visit them and return to the path of Sant Onofre a little higher, after making a circular route, or we can continue going up and leave the visit to the Fontasia for another time.

In the plain that is before crossing the irrigation of Sant Onofre we will find a signposted that indicates the way that goes up to the cave to our right. We will follow it and we will go up the mountain range.

Once you cross the Cameta pass, the path requires a bit more technique. Immediately we will see a pile of white stones on the Veta Negra irrigation channel (to our right) that marks the presence of the cave.

Once up, we look at the magnificent view of the plain and the different mountain ranges that make up the mountain of Palau-saverdera.

All we have to do is go down the same road and reach the Font de Dalt again.
