The route starts in Sant Miquel de Fluvià where we find the monastery.
The monastery of Sant Miquel de Fluvià is romanesque and dates from the 11th century. It is located in the old part of town, in the middle of the Church Square, which is next to the town hall. The height of the tower is approximately 28 meters. It has three naves and a Latin cross shape. It is worth a visit.
The proposed route starts at the AE214 Sant Miquel de Fluvià junction and continues in the direction of Sant Tomàs de Fluvià. We leave the paved track and past Mas Galceran, we must be alert with the yellow marks and we will go to the left along the rural road. This path passes between fields until we find the GIV-6218 road, we have to cross it and on the other side, passing over the bank, we will take a small section of the old road.
We will go to the right and on the second path we find on the left we will take it, following the yellow marks. The path between fields takes us to Sant Tomàs de Fluvià. We will arrive at the road and turn right until we reach the center, we pass by a farm and we arrive at Sant Tomàs where we find the AE215 junction.
The route will follow the direction indicated to La Brava. We will leave by the asphalted track, we will leave two ways to the right and we will take the third way that forks to the right leaving the asphalt. The rural path goes between fields until it ends at a slightly wider track that we will follow to the left until we find the post of the La Brava AE210. We continue in the direction of Tonyà, we will skirt the group of houses of La Brava and we will continue along the path. We cross the paved track and continue straight until we reach a farm and turn right, after a few meters following this path we go to the left. We will continue along this track, which will turn right and continue parallel to the train track, until we find a point to cross it. We will cross it and continue straight towards center of Tonyà. We will leave it on the left and continue along the rural path, we will skirt Can Feliu and cross the road continuing along the same rural path. This section is called the Camí de la Llagosta, we will follow it until it ends at another path: El camí vell de Garrigàs. We will follow it to the left, the path will take us to the Garrigàs road. We will go to the left and for about 500 meters we will follow this road until entering Garrigàs. We will enter Carrer de l'Empordà and following straight on we will continue along Carrer de l'Església, at the crossroads with Carrer de Dalt we will find the sign AE208, we will continue straight on towards Santa Eulàlia. We will go along Carrer Gran, which will then be the road from Garrigàs to Santa Eulàlia, still paved. When we reach a crossroads of four paths and following the yellow markings we will take, again, the rural path between fields. We will cross another path that is the camí del Bosc, we will follow it a few meters to the left and on the next path we will turn right. The path takes us to Santa Eulàlia, we reach the paved track and follow it to the left, we find the AE211 junction and we continue in the direction of Sant Miquel de Fluvià, we go towards the town of Palau, before reaching, we will see a track, on the right, which we will follow, it is the Camí del Puig. We will follow this track that is later called the Camí de la Serra, we will cross the Arneda irrigation canal until we find the route, we will cross it by the level crossing. We will enter Sant Miquel de Fluvià along the cemetery path and Carrer del Mar, which will take us to the beginning of the route.
